Returns and Cancellations If you change your mind after you have ordered an item from the KnitNet LYS, we will gladly cancel your order and refund your money. Please understand that there is additional work and some additional charges associated with this. For orders that have not yet been shipped when we receive your cancellation request, there is no charge. If your order has been already shipped and you return it to us prepaid and in good condition, there will be a $10 restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. We appreciate your business and hope that you will understand that this charge is necessary. Delivery We strive to have our suppliers ship the orders within one week of receipt. You should receive your order in 2 - 3 weeks from the date of the order. In some cases, it will say on the order form "Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for delivery." This is to allow for exceptional circumstances. Please understand we have no control over the postal systems of two (or more, sometimes) countries. Delays and losses can occur. If you have any questions, you are welcome to email us at anytime about the status of your order. Privacy All transactions are validated and charged to your credit card at the time of the transaction. We do not read or store credit card numbers on the KnitNet site. All transactions are handled by a secure third party, InternetSecure. We do not share our customer information with anyone. We believe that this system offers the best privacy and security for our customers. Minimum Order The minimum order for the KnitNet LYS is $10.00 Canadian or $6.75 US. Disclaimers Some products in the KnitNet LYS are shipped directly from suppliers in Canada, some from suppliers in the U.S. for products ordered by Canadians and shipped from Canada - KnitNet collects GST on orders for Canadian customers, PST on orders for Ontario customers and HST on orders for customers in the Maritimes. Canadian customers outside of Ontario and the Maritimes are responsible for paying the provincial taxes required in their own home province. for products ordered by Canadians and shipped from the United States - KnitNet does not collect any taxes on these products. Canadian customers can expect to pay GST, PST and a handling fee to Canada Post when they receive their orders.
