Your use of and/or subscription to KnitNet constitutes your agreement to all terms, conditions, policies and notices of KnitNet, as set out below. KnitNet may revise the terms of this Agreement at any time. By continuing to use KnitNet after such revision, you agree to be bound by all changes. These terms and conditions comprise the entire agreement of the parties.
Definition of the service
KnitNet is an online magazine.
Access to KnitNet
Access to KnitNet is provided to subscribers. To become a subscriber, you must register online. You will provide KnitNet with basic subscriber information - name, complete address, email address - all of which must be accurate and updated by you through our Edit Subscription page. You can also change your password on the Edit Subscription page. You will pay a subscription fee through a secure third-party provider. KnitNet does not have access to or record your credit card information. You will receive a user i.d. and password for which you are solely responsible.
Information Disclaimer
KnitNet accepts no responsibility or liability for the accuracy, truthfulness or completeness of the information provided in the KnitNet site. KnitNet is not responsible for the outcome of any usage of KnitNet information nor is it liable for any consequences or damages resulting from that use. The subscriber agrees that KnitNet's liability arising out of any legal claim shall not exceed the amount the subscriber paid to KnitNet for use of the online service. KnitNet retains the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of KnitNet.
Cancellation of KnitNet subscriptions
Access to KnitNet is provided to subscribers for the duration of their paid subscription period. (See Subscription Period below). Subscribers may discontinue accessing KnitNet at their own discretion but paid subscription fees are final and non-refundable.
Paid subscription period
The subscription period is one calendar year from the day you register, or, in the case of multiple year subscriptions, two or three years from the day you register in accordance with the fee paid.
Performance Liability
KnitNet is not liable to the subscriber for any loss or liability resulting directly or indirectly from delays or interruptions due to electronic or mechanical equipment failures, telephone connection problems, network security settings, defects, weather, strikes, walkouts, fire, weather, acts of God, riots, armed conflicts, acts of war or other like causes and has no responsibility to provide access to KnitNet while interruption of the service due to any such cause continues. The KnitNet online service is provided "as-is" and KnitNet assumes no responsibility for user communications or personalization settings. Subscribers are responsible for obtaining access to KnitNet through the registration page and are solely responsibility for third party fees such as Internet Service provider fees or other connection fees. In addition, subscribers must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to get access to KnitNet. KnitNet reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, KnitNet or any part of it, with or without notice. You agree that KnitNet is not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of KnitNet. KnitNet does not guarantee that KnitNet will meet your requirements or that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that results that may be obtained from the use of KnitNet will be accurate or reliable, that the quality of products, services, information or other materials purchased or obtained by you through KnitNet will meet your expectations or that this Web site, its content and the servers on which the Web site and content are available are free of viruses or other harmful elements. Use of KnitNet is at your sole risk. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained from KnitNet is done at your own discretion and risk and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
Copyright
KnitNet is for use of the subscriber only and may not be shared. You may not sell your access to another person. The subscriber is responsible for the confidentiality and use of the subscriber's user name and personal password. By purchasing a subscription, you agree not to reproduce, retransmit, photocopy, distribute, disseminate sell, publish, broadcast or circulate information received through KnitNet to anyone without the express prior written consent of KnitNet. You may store content from KnitNet on paper or digitally for your personal use. Concurrent multiple use of your subscription ID can lead to cancellation of your subscription. KnitNet is the owner of the entire KnitNet site.
Privacy
KnitNet is committed to protecting your privacy. Name, address and email contact information collected is used by KnitNet only with respect to communicating with you about your subscription and the publication of KnitNet. We do not sell or give away that information. KnitNet does not have access to or store your credit card information.
Change in terms
KnitNet has the right at any time to change or modify its subscription fees. Such changes and modifications will affect renewals and new subscriptions.
Third Parties
You correspondence or business dealings with sponsors, third parties or advertisers found on or through KnitNet, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such sponsor, third party or advertiser. You agree that KnitNet is not responsible or liable for loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such sponsors, third parties or advertisers.

KnitNet or third parties may provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. You agree that KnitNet has no control over such sites and resources and agree that KnitNet is not responsible for the availability of external sites or resources and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, accuracy, quality, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources, nor is KnitNet responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused in connections with any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
