Check off the subscription level you want to give on the form below and submit the order. After you enter your credit card information, you will reach the "order approved" page, click on the "Confirm" button. You will then be asked to enter the information for the recipient, including name, address, phone number, and email address to validate the subscription. The recipient will be emailed a notification of your gift with their own username and password. You can even add you own personal message to send with the confirmation email. Check to be sure that both email addresses are entered correctly.
